Who We Are

  • Growing up in the Fox Valley, I developed a passion for sustainable agriculture and healthy food. After experimenting with mushroom cultivation in my garage, I discovered an eco-friendly way to grow delicious, nutrient-rich mushrooms. This passion turned into a full-scale indoor farm, where I now cultivate mushrooms year-round in a controlled environment for peak quality. Today, I’m proud to supply fresh, sustainably-grown mushrooms to local restaurants and the farmers market.

What We Do

  • We specialize in cultivating gourmet mushrooms in a climate controlled, indoor environment to ensure top quality and freshness and year-round availability . Our mushrooms are grown sustainably, using recycled materials like sawdust and agricultural waste from local businesses. We harvest at the perfect time to capture peak flavor and nutrients, then refrigerate immediately to maintain quality. Our mushrooms are available to local restaurants and individuals at the farmers market, bringing unique, eco-friendly ingredients to the community.
